MISSION

Lyfe is Fuller Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit organization with a mission to provide expert education, advisory, research, and development services to governments, universities, K-12 education settings, and individual/families concerned with public management and community development. With it’s principal function being to offer these services, the foundation seeks to support public institutions in enhancing their capacity to deliver high-quality services to their constituents and families in enhancing their quality of life.

One of the key areas of focus for the foundation is advisory services. Through its team of experienced professionals and experts, the foundation provides advice and guidance on a range of issues related to education and public management. This includes areas such as curriculum development, educational leadership, governance, policy formulation, service delivery, and performance management. By providing these services, the foundation aims to help K-12 education settings, families/individuals secure resources and governments and universities navigate the complex challenges of public administration and develop effective strategies for achieving their goals.

 In addition to its advisory services, the foundation also provides research services to governments and universities. Through its research arm, the foundation conducts research on a range of issues related to public management. This includes both theoretical and practical research, with a focus on developing evidence-based insights and recommendations for policymakers and practitioners. By conducting research in these areas, the foundation aims to contribute to the development of more effective and efficient public institutions.

 The foundation also provides education and training services to K-12 school settings with school design and school improvement and governments and universities concerned with public management. Through its training programs, the foundation seeks to build the capacity of public institutions to deliver high-quality services to their constituents. This includes programs on topics such as leadership development, policy formulation, and performance management. By providing these programs, the foundation aims to help education settings, families/individuals, and public institutions develop the skills and knowledge necessary to achieve their goals.

 Finally, the foundation provides development services to K-12 institutions and universities. This includes services such as case management, healthcare, legal/policy advocacy, workforce development, and capacity-building support. By providing these services, the foundation aims to help K-12 institutions and universities enhance their capacity to deliver high-quality services.

 In conclusion, the Lyfe is Fuller Foundation, Inc. has a clear mission to provide professional advisory, research, education, and development services to governments, universities, and educational systems concerned with public management and community development. Through its services, the foundation seeks to support the development of more effective, efficient, and accountable public institutions that can better serve the needs of their constituents.

LYFE SUPPORTS

In December of 2017, Lyfe is Fuller Foundation, Inc. was established as a 501(c)3 to develop services to help any individual wanting to enhance the quality of their life. With education as the primary platform, the founder wanted to help communities build quality schools, safe neighborhoods and expand services as a comprehensive approach to addressing the needs of those that are less fortunate primarily in communities classified as low income, low socio-economic and lacking resources. Our model features 5 lyfe supports that engage families and improve outcomes: education, case management, healthcare, legal/policy advocacy, and workforce development. Starting with a Program Coordinator, current staffing patterns include hiring and Education Counselor and a Lyfe Support Counselor.  

Lyfe is Fuller Foundation, Inc. is an extension to 28 years of national and international experience on all levels of  academic leadership development, technology innovation, K-12 and post-secondary course development and programming, STEM education, online/blended learning programming and development, student support services, statistical analysis and reporting, succession planning, strategic planning, performance management, organizational change, Board relations, project planning and execution, non-profit project management, executive account management, business process improvement and team development.  

The CEO has been recognized for outstanding achievements in adult and student learning, online, blended and FLEX model learning, organizational change, managing budgets, instructional systems design, employee motivation and retention, building leadership capacity and educational leadership. Due to the untimely death of his mother in May 2021, who was a culinary genius, Dr. Fuller is launching the Shirley Fuller Wilson Culinary Scholarship in March 2023. The scholarship is open to any individual pursuing a career in culinary arts upon graduating from high school.
